裝配時扭緊力矩過大,用力不均勻。由于裝配中沒有嚴格的配用扭力扳手,具體扭緊力矩又不太了解,認為越緊越好;緊固連桿螺栓用較長的加力桿,扭緊力矩過大,超過了螺栓材料的屈服極限,使連桿螺栓出現屈服變形,使之在沖擊載荷的作用下因過度的伸長而斷裂。應強調的是,一定要按標準扭緊連桿螺栓,千萬不能認為越緊力量越大越好。

If the connecting rod cap is mixed up and installed incorrectly during maintenance, it will inevitably cause poor alignment of the serrations on the joint surface, which can easily cause the engine to loosen the connecting rod cap during operation and lead to the fracture of the connecting rod bolts.
柴油機在運行中出現飛車故障或活塞在氣缸內燒死的故障,將連桿螺栓拉斷。如果發動機在使用中出現過飛車的故障,應對發動機做一次全面檢查,好更換連桿螺栓;如果在運行中個別氣缸出現過較嚴重的拉缸,在更換氣缸活塞組件時也應將連桿螺栓更換。
