1、 The setting of the computer room should be reasonable

1、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組機(jī)房一般采用敞開式或半敞開式，地面要平整易清理。

1. The gas generator room generally adopts an open or semi open type, and the ground should be flat and easy to clean.

2、封閉式機(jī)房，應(yīng)按防爆要求設(shè)計(jì)，須是單層建筑，門窗一律外開，設(shè)置大流量排風(fēng)裝置，減少可燃?xì)怏w積聚等。

2. The enclosed computer room should be designed according to explosion-proof requirements, and must be a single-story building with all doors and windows open outwards. A large flow exhaust device should be installed to reduce the accumulation of combustible gas volume.

3、機(jī)房與操作間應(yīng)隔開，觀察窗口應(yīng)用雙層玻璃，且有鋼絲網(wǎng)防護(hù)。

3. The computer room and the operation room should be separated, and the observation window should be double glazed and protected by steel wire mesh.

4、機(jī)房應(yīng)設(shè)有避雷裝置。

2、 Gas generator units and supporting equipment must meet the standards

1、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組機(jī)房內(nèi)的電氣設(shè)施應(yīng)為防爆型，維修時(shí)要切斷電源。

1. The electrical facilities in the gas generator room should be explosion-proof and the power supply should be cut off during maintenance.

2、設(shè)置緊急閥門，以備廠房內(nèi)發(fā)生緊急情況時(shí)，可切斷氣源，此閥門應(yīng)離操作間較近。

2. Set up emergency valves to cut off the air supply in case of an emergency in the factory building. This valve should be close to the operating room.

3、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組機(jī)房內(nèi)要安置燃?xì)鉂舛葓?bào)警器。

3. A gas concentration alarm should be installed in the gas generator room.

三、燃?xì)夤艿酪_(dá)標(biāo)并及時(shí)檢修

3、 Gas pipelines must meet standards and be promptly repaired

1、燃?xì)夤艿缿?yīng)采用管壁較厚的鋼管，接頭處要密封要好。

1. Gas pipelines should use thick steel pipes with good sealing at the joints.

2、定期檢查閥門，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題要及時(shí)維修或更換。

2. Regularly inspect valves and promptly repair or replace any problems found.

3、燃?xì)夤芫€上的膠管應(yīng)定期換，禁用老化膠管。

3. The rubber hoses on the gas pipeline should be replaced regularly and aged rubber hoses should be prohibited.

4、對燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組及燃?xì)夤芫€進(jìn)行檢修時(shí)，須切斷燃?xì)鈦碓床?nèi)燃?xì)馀艃?，未查明事故原因和采取相?yīng)措施前，不得向燃?xì)庠O(shè)施恢復(fù)送氣。進(jìn)行維護(hù)檢修時(shí)，應(yīng)采取防爆措施或使用防爆工具，嚴(yán)禁用鐵器等工具進(jìn)行敲擊作業(yè)。

4. When repairing the gas generator unit and gas pipeline, the gas source must be cut off and the internal gas must be completely discharged. Before identifying the cause of the accident and taking corresponding measures, gas supply to the gas facilities must not be restored. When carrying out maintenance and repair, explosion-proof measures should be taken or explosion-proof tools should be used. It is strictly prohibited to use tools such as iron tools for knocking operations.
