沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)使用后出現(xiàn)耗氣量高原因
沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間使用后，出現(xiàn)耗氣量過高的現(xiàn)象，這時(shí)要檢查沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組狀況，下面來講解下吧。

1)檢查沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組水溫是否低于80℃，使減壓器加熱不良，或減壓器循環(huán)水管被堵，造成減壓器有結(jié)冰，混合氣偏濃。

3)空氣濾清器是否干凈，進(jìn)氣管路是否暢通。

5)中冷增壓沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組減壓器出口壓力高，高可達(dá)80Kpa，使用檢漏液檢查沼氣出口到進(jìn)氣管之間各部件是否有漏氣，用壓縮空氣檢查。

6)低壓減壓器輸出壓力是否過高。
