1、沼氣脫硫及穩(wěn)壓、防爆裝置：沼氣中含有少量的H2S，該氣體對發(fā)動機(jī)有強(qiáng)烈的腐蝕作用，因此供發(fā)動機(jī)使用的沼氣要先經(jīng)過脫硫裝置。沼氣作為燃?xì)猓淞髁空{(diào)節(jié)是基于壓力差，為了使調(diào)節(jié)準(zhǔn)確，應(yīng)確保進(jìn)入發(fā)動機(jī)時(shí)的壓力穩(wěn)定，故需要在沼氣進(jìn)氣管路上安裝穩(wěn)壓裝置。另外，為了防止進(jìn)氣管回火引起沼氣管路發(fā)生爆炸，應(yīng)在沼氣供應(yīng)管路上安置防回火與防爆裝置。

1. Methane desulfurization, pressure stabilizing and explosion-proof devices: the biogas contains a small amount of H2S, which has a strong corrosive effect on the engine. Therefore, the biogas used for the engine must first pass through the desulfurization device. As the fuel gas, the flow regulation of biogas is based on the pressure difference. In order to make the regulation accurate, the pressure stability when entering the engine should be ensured, so it is necessary to install a pressure stabilizing device on the biogas inlet pipeline. In addition, in order to prevent explosion of biogas pipeline caused by backfire of intake pipe, anti backfire and explosion-proof devices shall be installed on biogas supply pipeline.

2、進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)：在進(jìn)氣總管上，需加裝一套沼氣-空氣混合器，以調(diào)節(jié)空燃比和混合器進(jìn)氣量，混合器應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)靈敏。

2. Intake system: A set of biogas air mixer shall be installed on the intake manifold to adjust the air fuel ratio and the intake volume of the mixer. The mixer shall be sensitive.

3、發(fā)動機(jī)：沼氣的燃燒速度很慢，若發(fā)動機(jī)內(nèi)的燃燒過程組織不力，會影響發(fā)動機(jī)運(yùn)行壽命，所以對沼氣發(fā)動機(jī)有較高的要求。

3. Engine: The combustion speed of biogas is very slow. If the combustion process in the engine is poorly organized, it will affect the operating life of the engine. Therefore, there are high requirements for biogas engines.

4、調(diào)速系統(tǒng)：沼氣發(fā)動機(jī)的運(yùn)行場合是和發(fā)電機(jī)一起以用電設(shè)備為負(fù)荷進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，用電設(shè)備的裝載、卸載會使沼氣發(fā)動機(jī)負(fù)荷產(chǎn)生波動，為了確保發(fā)電機(jī)組正常發(fā)電，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)必不可少。

4. Speed governing system: the biogas engine operates with the generator under the load of electrical equipment.
