1、檢查焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組機(jī)油油位是否在標(biāo)示刻度線以內(nèi)，不夠加同型號(hào)機(jī)油至標(biāo)示線以內(nèi)。

1. Check whether the oil level of the coking generator set is within the marked mark, and if it is not enough, add oil of the same model to the mark.

2、檢查冷卻液是否在水箱蓋以下6mm左右，不夠加清水至上述位置。

2. Check whether the coolant is about 6mm below the water tank cover, and add water to the above position if not enough.

3、檢查電解液液位是否在極板面上15mm左右，不夠加蒸餾水至上述位置。

3. Check whether the electrolyte level is about 15mm above the plate surface, and add distilled water to the above position if not enough.

4、檢查發(fā)電機(jī)周圍，把有礙操作或運(yùn)行的物品搬開(kāi)，使得通風(fēng)通暢。

4. Check the surroundings of the generator and remove the objects that hinder the operation or operation to make the ventilation unobstructed.

5、使得焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組總開(kāi)關(guān)在OFF(關(guān))狀態(tài)。

5. Make the main switch of coking generator set in off state.

6、使得燃油箱油量在一半以上，燃油供油閥常開(kāi)。

6. Make the fuel volume in the fuel tank more than half, and the fuel supply valve is normally open.

啟動(dòng)中

Starting

1、使得控制屏上各按鈕已經(jīng)復(fù)位，將速度操作手柄調(diào)到怠速位置

1. Make all buttons on the control screen have been reset, and adjust the speed operating handle to the idle position

2、把鑰匙轉(zhuǎn)到開(kāi)的位置，按下啟動(dòng)按鈕焦化發(fā)電機(jī)啟動(dòng)。

2. Turn the key to the on position and press the start button to start the coking generator.

3、將速度調(diào)節(jié)手柄慢慢上調(diào)直至電壓為400V;頻率、50赫芝時(shí)擰緊固定手柄螺母，發(fā)電機(jī)正常運(yùn)行。

3. Slowly raise the speed adjusting handle until the voltage is 400V; Tighten the fixed handle nut when the frequency is 50 Hz, and the generator operates normally.

4、焦化發(fā)電機(jī)正常情況下，一次啟動(dòng)著車或三次啟動(dòng)著車，如果焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組三次不能啟動(dòng)著車，控制面板上的故障指示燈亮，此時(shí)應(yīng)查明原因并排除故障再啟動(dòng)。

4. Under normal conditions, the coking generator starts and stops at one time or three times. If the coking generator unit cannot start and stops at three times, the fault indicator light on the control panel is on. At this time, find out the cause and eliminate the fault before starting.

5、啟動(dòng)著車后應(yīng)檢查有無(wú)噪音或震動(dòng)，有無(wú)漏油，有無(wú)漏水，漏氣現(xiàn)象，控制屏有無(wú)異常顯示，在開(kāi)機(jī)10~15秒內(nèi)油壓應(yīng)達(dá)到正常范圍（（35~60p.s.i）如有不正常情況應(yīng)做出相應(yīng)的整改，待正常后合上發(fā)電機(jī)總開(kāi)關(guān)開(kāi)始供電。

5. After starting the vehicle, check whether there is noise or vibration, whether there is oil leakage, whether there is water leakage, air leakage, and whether the control panel has abnormal display. The oil pressure should reach the normal range ((35~60p.s.i) within 10~15 seconds of starting the machine. If there is any abnormal condition, make corresponding rectification, and turn on the main switch of the generator to start power supply after it is normal.

停機(jī)

Shutdown

1、先扳下發(fā)電機(jī)總開(kāi)關(guān)，讓發(fā)電機(jī)空載運(yùn)行5分鐘，然后把調(diào)速手柄扳到怠速位置運(yùn)行5分鐘再扳到STOP的位置，焦化發(fā)電機(jī)停機(jī)。

1. First pull down the main switch of the generator and let the generator run without load for 5 minutes, then turn the speed control handle to the idle position for 5 minutes, and then turn it to the stop position, and the coking generator stops.

2、如有緊急情況需停車，可以不扳下發(fā)電機(jī)總開(kāi)關(guān)直接將調(diào)速手柄扳到的位置焦化發(fā)電機(jī)停機(jī)。

2. If there is an emergency that requires shutdown, the coking generator can be shut down by directly turning the speed control handle to the position without pulling down the main switch of the generator.
