瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組遇到故障怎么解決才好？
一、如遇外電來(lái)電后瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)不能自動(dòng)停機(jī)操作：
1、 If the gas generator can not automatically stop operation after external power supply:
1. 手動(dòng)停機(jī)，直接將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由3點(diǎn)方向轉(zhuǎn)至12點(diǎn)方向，這是發(fā)電機(jī)停機(jī);
1. Manual shutdown, directly turn the universal change-over switch from 3:00 to 12:00, which is the generator shutdown;
2. 打開2#低壓配電柜，上方開關(guān)為動(dòng)力開關(guān)，下方為照明開關(guān)，在照明開關(guān)左邊有一小三角論，請(qǐng)操作人員員戴上絕緣手套，向上轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)三角輪，待聽到響聲后即已經(jīng)合閘送電;
2. Turn on the 2 ? low voltage distribution cabinet. The upper switch is the power switch, and the lower part is the lighting switch. There is a small triangle on the left side of the lighting switch. Please put on insulating gloves and turn the triangle wheel upward. After hearing the noise, the power supply has been switched on;
3. 關(guān)閉柜門，將發(fā)電機(jī)由手動(dòng)狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)至自動(dòng)狀態(tài)，恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)。
3. Close the cabinet door, turn the generator from manual state to automatic state and resume production.
二、如遇接到停電通知時(shí)，請(qǐng)?zhí)崆皽y(cè)試瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，確保停電時(shí)正常運(yùn)行!啟機(jī)步驟如下：
2、 In case of power failure notice, please test the operation status of gas generator one day in advance to ensure normal operation during power failure. The starting steps are as follows:
1. 檢查瓦斯氣壓力、潤(rùn)滑油油位、兩水箱的冷卻液液位，

2. 將發(fā)電機(jī)有自動(dòng)狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換至手動(dòng)狀態(tài);將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由3點(diǎn)方向左旋轉(zhuǎn)至12點(diǎn)方向?yàn)槭謩?dòng)狀態(tài);
2. Switch the generator from automatic state to manual state; rotate the universal transfer switch from 3-point direction to 12:00 direction to manual state;
3. 斷開左下方發(fā)電機(jī)斷路器;將斷路器手柄扳至下方極為斷開;
3. Disconnect the generator circuit breaker at the lower left; pull the handle of the circuit breaker to the lower pole to disconnect it;
4. 啟動(dòng)發(fā)電機(jī);將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由12點(diǎn)方向向左旋轉(zhuǎn)至6點(diǎn)方向即為點(diǎn)火啟動(dòng)機(jī)器;
4. Start the generator; turn the universal change-over switch from 12:00 to 6:00 to start the machine;
5. 機(jī)器啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行后請(qǐng)仔細(xì)關(guān)注電壓400V,頻率50HZ，轉(zhuǎn)速1500轉(zhuǎn)，運(yùn)行10分鐘待水溫上升至60℃時(shí)，將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由6點(diǎn)方向旋轉(zhuǎn)至9點(diǎn)方向即為待機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，5分鐘后機(jī)器會(huì)自動(dòng)停機(jī);
5. After the machine is started, please pay attention to the voltage of 400V, frequency of 50Hz, speed of 1500 rpm, and run for 10 minutes. When the water temperature rises to 60 ℃, turn the universal change-over switch from 6 o'clock to 9:00 o'clock, which is the standby operation mode. After 5 minutes, the machine will stop automatically;
6. 測(cè)試結(jié)束后，請(qǐng)回復(fù)斷路器合閘狀態(tài)，將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)由9點(diǎn)方向旋轉(zhuǎn)至3點(diǎn)方向，待停電時(shí)會(huì)自動(dòng)啟機(jī)。
6. After the test, please return to the closing state of the circuit breaker, turn the universal transfer switch from 9:00 to 3:00, and the machine will start automatically when the power is cut off.
