零件外表的油污沉積較厚時應(yīng)先刮除。一般清洗零件外表油污，常用的清洗液有堿性清洗液和合成洗滌劑。運用堿性清洗液進行熱清洗時，加熱至70~90℃，將零件浸入10~15min，然后取出并用清水沖洗潔凈，再用壓縮空氣吹干。

If the oil stain on the surface of the part is thick, it should be removed first. Generally, the surface of parts is cleaned with oil stain. The commonly used cleaning fluids are alkaline cleaning fluid and synthetic detergent. When using alkaline cleaning solution for hot cleaning, heat it to 70~90 ℃, immerse the parts in it for 10~15min, take it out, rinse it with clean water, and then blow it dry with compressed air.

二、積炭鏟除

2、 Removal of carbon deposits

鏟除積炭可運用簡略的機械鏟除法。即用金屬刷子或刮刀等進行鏟除，但此辦法不易將積炭鏟除潔凈，而且易損傷零件外表。選用化學辦法鏟除積炭，即先運用退炭劑(化學溶液)加熱至80~90℃，將零件上的積炭脹大軟化，然后再用毛刷等進行鏟除。

Simple mechanical shoveling method can be used to remove carbon deposits. That is, use a metal brush or scraper to remove the carbon deposits, but this method is not easy to clean the carbon deposits, and it is easy to damage the appearance of the parts. Use chemical method to remove the carbon deposit, that is, first use carbon remover (chemical solution) to heat to 80~90 ℃, expand and soften the carbon deposit on the parts, and then use a brush to remove it.

三、水垢的鏟除

3、 Removal of scale

發(fā)電機清洗一般選用化學鏟除法，將鏟除水垢的化學溶液加入到冷卻液中，發(fā)動機作業(yè)必定時間后，再更換冷卻液。常用鏟除水垢的化學溶液有：苛性鈉溶液或鹽酸溶液、氟化鈉鹽酸除垢劑和磷酸除垢劑，磷酸除垢劑適合用于鏟除鋁合金零件上的水垢。

The generator is generally cleaned by chemical removal method. The chemical solution for removing scale is added to the coolant, and the coolant is replaced after the engine has been operating for a certain time. Common chemical solutions for removing scale include caustic soda solution or hydrochloric acid solution, sodium fluoride hydrochloric acid detergent and phosphoric acid detergent.
