5、檢查水冷卻系統的情況：①檢查水箱內的冷卻水量是否充沛，若水量不足，應加足清潔的軟水。②檢查接頭水管有沒有漏水現象，發現題目及時措置解決。③檢查冷卻水泵的葉輪轉動是否靈活，傳動帶松緊是否適當。檢查傳動帶松緊，在轉動帶中部用手推壓，傳動帶被壓下10~15mm為好。

6、檢查潤滑系統的情況：①檢查機油管及管接頭處有沒有漏油現象，發現題目及時措置解決。②檢查油底殼的機油量，將曲軸箱旁的量油尺抽出，不雅察機油面的高度是否合適端方的要求，不然應添加機油，對燃氣機，冬季加8號或11號燃氣機機油，夏季加14號機油。如發現油面高度在端方高度以上時，應認真闡發機油增多的啟事，通常有三個方面的事項需要注意：a.加機油時，加的過量。b.燃氣漏進曲軸箱，將機油沖稀。c.冷卻水漏進機油中。③需要人工加油的油孔，均應加注機油做用油槍加注潤滑脂。

7、檢查起動系統情況：①用點起動燃氣機組：a.先查起動蓄電池電液比重是否在1.240~1.280范圍內，若比重小于1.180表明蓄電池電量不足。b.檢查電源電線是否正確。c.檢查蓄電池接線柱上有沒有積污或氧化現象，應將其打磨清潔。d.檢查起動電動機及電磁把持機構等電氣觸電接觸是否良好。
